To the Chancellor of HKU
Honorable Chancellor:
Hong Kong has no freedom for Independence
Chancellor of Hong Kong University told
reporter that his student has freedom in advocating independence from China and
CEO of Hong Kong has freedom in against it. I would like to let the British chancellor
of HKU know that CEO of Hong Kong not only has the freedom in against his
student in declaring independence from China but also has the right in restrain
their mind in doing so. This is a harmful set of ideology which will bring
unrest and damage to the peaceful life of Hong Kong which is so valuable to the
people living here.
We have to ask the chancellor of HKU, did
he know what the separationist of Hong Kong would like to do to Hong Kong? They
advocate that they would like to build up their own army and chase the
liberation army out of Hong Kong. What do you think will happen when they start
organizing such action? Either they will be eliminated from the world or they
will end up in jail. If the chancellor of HKU still think they have the freedom
of advocating independence from China, I would like to ask him whether we have
the freedom of throwing him out of Hong Kong or not?
The chancellor is a British, I would like
to ask whether he respects the sovereignty of China or not? Or does he know that
Hong Kong is no British colony anymore? Hong Kong is a part of China and none
is allowed to have the freedom to separate Hong Kong from China. It is a
traitor’s behavior and will be sentenced to death or in losing freedom in the
cause of his act. As a chancellor of these student, he has the responsibility
in restrain his student to such criminal act. In betraying ones mother country
is wrong, how can a chancellor not to warn his student of the dangerous
consequence that might have arisen?
I think the chancellor should have a second
thought about freedom of speech, and what kind of speech you have freedom and
what kind of speech you don’t. When I said that we should set fire
on the house of the chancellor and tell people that we can bring a bucket of
gas and pour it into his house through the window in his garden and then light
it up with a gas bomb. I don’t think I have the right and freedom in so saying.
This is not freedom of speech, it is inciting violence and provoking people for
criminal act. One of your lecturer in HKU is provoking people to occupy central
and block the busy traffic link of Hong Kong, do you still think it is freedom
of speech and freedom of action?
I would like to let the chancellor know
that his teaching staff is evil while he claim himself to be the savior of Hong
Kong. He said he is giving us real universal suffrage while he has no authority
in doing so. He provokes people in using terrorist threatening method doing
harm to the society. What right does he have when he does not follow the rule
of law? You are his chancellor, you allow him to keep the job and cheat the
student, do you think you have the right in doing so? I hope you have to think
it over and let people thought you are a people not out of senses and that we
are in peace to have our Hong Kong student be trusted to your honorable hand.
Yours’ truly,
Mark Lam (citizen of HK)
