By 2023, China's optical chip factory will be in full operation and have optoelectronic chips in mass production, declaring that the US blockade of China and the strategy of cutting off the supply of chips above 7 nanometers have completely failed. The United States not only lost China as a major customer, but also lost a large number of chip orders from other customers after China expanded its production, and replaced them with Chinese optical chips. The United States' blockade of other countries not only failed, but also ruined its own job opportunity. It is a strategy of asking for trouble. The US hegemons united with NATO to squeeze Russia and imposed more than 10,000 sanctions on Russia is a self destructional strategy. As a result, Russia was not crushed, quite the contrary, Russia’s foreign trade increased by 19% and become a world second largest trade surplus country after China. The US game of fighting against Russia ended in failure with an unexpected result.
Sino-Russian cooperation is of no upper and no lower limit, which made the siege of Russia by more than 30 US NATO countries a complete failure. China’s attitude towards the United States and NATO's siege of Russia fighting the proxy war is to persuade peace and promote talks, not to hand over knives and guns and make the situation worse. China's basic attitude has been recognized by the people of Europe and the world. The people of Europe took to the streets to fight against the war waged by United States leading NATO creating the unjust war at the cost of European people. More and more European politicians wake up at the call of people and dare to stand up against US criminal intention.
China and Russia do not cooperate on the battlefield, but in economic and trade. They are getting closer and closer, support each other economically. The lives of the Russian people have not been severely damaged by the war, and they are grateful to China for not joining NATO in insulting Russian fighting for national integrity. Chinese are more active and helpful in Sino-Russian economic cooperation. China and Russia are two major science and technology nations in the world, their co-operation will surely make greater contributions to the progress of world scientific innovation . Russia was once the first mentor of China's industrial modernization at the birth of New China. Later, due to political reasons, the relationship broke down, China and the United States came into peaceful terms, and the Soviet Union fell. A few years ago, the United States turned to exert extreme pressure on China, trying to drag China down and prevent China from developing, but Putin went to Beijing to attend the opening ceremony of the Winter Olympics and signed an economic and trade cooperation agreement with Xi Jinping to start comprehensive cooperation. This cooperation is all-round, surpassing the Sino-Soviet era by more than a hundred times.
There have been many unpleasant incidents in the history of China and Russia. In the 74 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, China has been constantly repairing the unpleasant history, hoping that China and Russia will open a road to peaceful future. In the early days of the founding of China, China and Russia had a honeymoon period, and Chinese industry had received strong support from the Russian people. China's industrialization started since that period, and gradually learning from the world and progress into present status. Now we have surpassed Russia and the United States to become the world's largest manufacturing country, and is gradually grow into a powerful one. China always remembered it’s past and never forget its old friends The United States suppressed China vigorously, and at the same time put pressure on China and Russia, forcing them together to become good friends. Good friends are fighting now, we don't participate, but persuading the fight to stop, blocking a few punches for Russia from US. This is a natural reaction when people do fight. Russia is at war. We take good care of the Russian people and prevent them from suffering. This is naturally a deed what a friend should do.
