There is no upper limit for Sino-Russian
cooperation, which is too big to imagine. Russia uses 40% of its land, the land
in Siberia, Asian part, as an economic development zone, in welcoming Chinese
people to startup businesses and expand their co-operation with Russian in the
territories open up for mutual benefit. Russia's flow of oil and natural gas
from Siberia to China not only beneficial to China's industrial development,
but also has strategic significance for the development of Asian countries. The
farmers in Northeast China have already rented or bought land in Russia to grow
crops. They plow in spring, harvest in autumn, wrap up the farming tools in
winter and return to their home town for Chinese New Year. The millions of
farmers in China are eager to try their effort in Russia, waiting for the order
of the Chinese Government in marching into Siberia.
There have been various unpleasant incidents
between China and Russia in history, but there are more happy and friendly
memories in the relationship between China and Russia. Cooperation and
friendship are always lingering in the hearts and minds of the people. Although
the political systems of China and Russia are different, they do not hinder the
friendly relations among the peoples. Especially when Russia is being bullied
by hegemonic countries, China upholds justice at the United Nations and spoke
out for Russia, making the Russian people feel that they are not alone and have
friends speak out for them during difficult times. China upholds justice with
integrity and friendship which moved Russian friends and expressed gratitude
with appreciation. The Russian leaders also made bold decision to open up the
Siberian soil, which accounts for 70% of China’s territories to the Chinese
friends for mutual benefit. It is a trust in China with expectation for mutual
cooperative development and enjoy the success together.
Russia has a vast land with less population,
China and Russia are complementary to each other in the course of economic
development for the undeveloped territories. The Chinese are industrious and
courageous, have a pioneering spirit, and are good at management of businesses.
By developing Siberia in agriculture, the world's food shortage problem can
easily be solved. The cooperation between China and Russia is invincible in the
world and can lead to the development of the whole of Asia. The Asian century
has come, the West is dark at this moment, but the East is bright with
sunshine. Russia is across Eurasia, it’s dark to the west, and bright to the
east now. Russia must first concentrate on the development of the Asian side,
let the Eastern part rise, and then manage the rise of Western part. Russia’s
future is full of hope and opportunities. As the Chinese Lunar New Year is
approaching, I wish the Russian people and friends a happy Chinese New Year and
welcome the dawn in the East with full confidence. The correct strategy will
usher Russia to a great victory!
China and Russia's cooperation in building a
peaceful and cooperative Asia, will surely lead to the rise of the whole of
Asia. A better Asia will inevitably lead to a better world as a whole. The
Chinese will work hard in advancing together with the world, and China will
surely cooperate sincerely with Russian friends to build a better world
together. Human beings share a common destiny, start cooperative journey
together, support each other, and we will surely win a happy and beautiful life
together. Both Chinese and Russian people are full of wisdom, and both placing
great effort and attention to education. Scientists from China and Russia will
strengthen cooperation with joint effort in invention and creative projects,
which will surely make the world more beautiful. Through cooperation, China and
Russia will set successful model of cooperation, allowing mankind to receive
messages of peaceful development which will contribute to a peaceful and happy
life for mankind . The cooperation between the people of China and Russia will
definitely set an example to world peace which will be a victory of mankind!
